According to my calendar, today marks the beginning of this year's fall.  Ironically, today we the people in the Bay Area are experiencing record high temperature.

Having complaining about the lack of the summer-like high temperature, I should be happy now that I get the last chance to catch up with the glimpse of the passing summer.  Interestingly enough, all I am doing now is still complaining.  No wonder my husband says that I can always find something to complain about.

Is it me or human nature, though, I have to stop and ask.  When the housing market is up, we not happy because the houses are too expensive.  When the housing market is down, we are not happy because we are not sure when it will be better again and we can never be sure to buy a house just at the right bottom.

Grass is always greener on the other side.  Or is it?
