Last night I did a neighborhood "Ice Cream Party" at the park!  Another marketing bells and whistles?  I don't think so.  I enjoyed the stroll to the park.  My kids were happy that they got to eat ice cream and play at the playground.  The people I met at the park all seemed to enjoy the ice cream.  They found the information on my flyers pretty helpful too.  I saw a group of people actually sitting down at the picnic table and going over the flyer information together.  Some people were interested in the rates and others are interested in the market.  I think I actually pulled it off!  You can see picture of the event on my facebook wall.

Summer is my favorite season because it offers a chance to get out of the house.  You get to go to the park, the beach, the pool, etc.  I guess it also offers the chance to have a little ice cream after dinner and get to know the real estate market.  You know what, before the summer is over, I just might organize another ice cream party.  I really like it.
